"Fantastic support from the team"
About two years back, my son requested a shirt from your store, and I finally got around to ordering it last Christmas. He was super excited, but it turned out to be a bit small. The return and exchange process was seamless and felt very personal (definitely not a robot), which I really valued. Now, he adores the shirt and wears it all the time! Thanks a bunch!

"Beautiful clothing"
Beautiful clothing. Excellent service. I've bought several items from F&T in the past year. Recently grabbed the Oregon Utility Shirt. The fabric is gorgeous. The design is nice. It's also well-priced considering the quality. I'll be back soon when they have new stuff online.

I've got about 8 items of apparel from Form and Thread, and I adore each one. They're crafted nicely, look great, and fit like a dream. This is likely my top brand right now, plus the prices are pretty decent.

"I got a pullover but ran into a snag..."
I ordered a pullover and, sadly, received it in the wrong shade. When I reached out to F&T, they got back to me super quick with the right color and offered a free return. Honestly, I might just hang onto the one I got by mistake since it's such a lovely hue! Rust.

"Amazing product and service"
Amazing product and service. Arrived in less than a day after I placed my order, and I’m absolutely thrilled with what I received. I got the Brushed Oregon Baseball Shirt, and it went beyond what I was hoping for. This brand is top-notch!

"Awesome support from the team"
I bought a discounted item online and got a confirmation for my order, but while I was waiting for the shipping details, I received an email saying that my item was actually unavailable. They did offer me a more expensive alternative at no additional charge, and it showed up the very next day. Plus, it's a fantastic shirt!

Charming and fashionable pieces crafted with clear thought, care, and detail. A wonderful selection of colors, there's something for all tastes. I got my item but had to swap it for a different size. The steps for this were super clear—returned, processed, and the new item is on its way. Holly kept me informed with updates... "A closet must-have"
Form and Thread is my go-to for both long and short sleeve tees. The raglan T-shirts are super comfy, well-designed, and crafted from high-quality fabrics. You can easily dress them up with a jacket or keep it chill. Their shirts are awesome as well. Perfect as a light layer for those summer nights or a stylish spring jacket. No doubt about it, this is a closet must-have.

"Exactly what I needed..."
This is precisely what I've been searching for ages: well-fitted and fashionable, yet super laid-back and subtle attire. The fabric is really nice, as well. Plus, the customer support was top-notch: I got great guidance on sizing. Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered went missing due to damaged packaging, but they sent a replacement right away, and it got here fast. I’ll definitely be placing another order.

"A Twill Daikanyama Jacket Gifted by My Son"
For Christmas, my son gifted me a Twill Daikanyama Jacket. I really liked the jacket, but it ended up being too snug. To cut a long story short, the folks at Form & Thread, like Theo and Holly, were super helpful in guiding me through returning the smaller size and getting a larger one that fits just right.
They were persistent, kept their composure, and showed me what true 'Customer Service' is all about.

"My Worries Put to Rest"
I just got my jacket today, and I was pretty nervous about it—would it fit right, would it be good quality? It arrived super quick!! Big thanks for that. It fits like a glove and is crafted beautifully, so I guess I’ll be ordering from you over and over. My worries are gone, but my wallet might be in trouble 🤣. Honestly, I’m okay with that. Thanks a ton for an awesome shopping experience!
